QUANTITY SURVEYOR
 
Work Base: Cogon, Compostela, Cebu
 
Responsibilities:
Providing a comprehensive overview of the project's financial performance, including budget variances, cost forecasts, and cash flow analysis;
Preparing detailed cost estimates, quantifying materials, labor, and equipment required, and developing project budgets; and
Managing these variations by assessing their impact on costs and timelines, preparing cost assessments, and negotiating with contractors to reach fair and equitable agreements.
Qualifications:
Candidate must be a graduate of Civil Engineering, preferably with PRC license
With at least 1-year relevant work experience
Willing to work in Compostela, Cebu
