PURCHASING BUYER
 
Main Job Function:
 
Responsible in the timely procurement and delivery of materials as requested by production/end-user.
 
Duties and Responsibilities:
 
PRIMARY DUTIES:
Source, establish and maintains reliable suppliers.
Performs Suppliers Performance Evaluation.
Canvass and conducts initial price negotiation.
Performs as Buyer for purchase of  Machine Parts, supplies, raw materials, tools, fabrication service, equipments, accessories, appliances, services and others as requested by End-users.
Prepares Purchase Order (PO) based on approved price, PR and quality standards set by the company.
Monitor status of PO and assures that delivery schedules are met.
Verify delivered materials against the specification stated in the Purchase Order.
Request payment for delivered materials.
Monitors Vehicle Maintenance Report.
Maintains Purchasing Files.
Submits monthly KPI and other purchasing related reports to Supervisors.
SECONDARY DUTIES:
Ensures that existing Company Rules and Regulation, Core Values, Safety and Standard Operating Procedures are being implemented at all times.
Participate in company productivity programs such as SGA and QCC.
Observe / conducts cleanliness and 7S housekeeping in the workplace in compliance to the Health and Safety Standards set by the company.
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time. 
Qualifications:
Male
Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in the same field 
Negotiation and Entrepreneurial Skills
Knowledge on Purchasing Principles and Practices
Has Knowledge on SAP
Flexible and Multi-tasker
Can communicate effectively in different levels
Highly organized and trustworthy
Willing to do field works
Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
Knows how to drive 4-wheeled vehicle and motorcycle
With Driver's License
