At Anthony's Cafe, we believe great food starts with great ingredients-and that's where you come in. We're looking for an organized and proactive Purchaser to help keep our operations running smoothly by managing procurement for our outlets and commissary.  
 
What You'll Do
Purchase and deliver requests from our outlets: Kaayoo, Anthony's Cafe, and our Commissary.
Coordinate closely with the Stock Custodian to determine stock levels and procurement needs.
Ensure stocking levels are maintained to prevent shortages or overstock.
Deliver pastries to our partners and customers punctually and in excellent condition.
Maintain accurate purchase records, invoices, and delivery logs.
Research and source suppliers to get the best quality and price for required goods.
Monitor market trends and supplier performance to recommend improvements or alternatives.
Assist in budgeting and cost control related to purchasing activities.
Collaborate with kitchen and operations teams to forecast demand and manage procurement schedules.
Handle other tasks and special projects as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory management preferred.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication and coordination skills for liaising with vendors, team members, and partners.
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable and able to manage timely deliveries.
Basic computer skills for managing purchase orders and records.
Passionate about supporting food service operations and teamwork.
Must know how to drive a four-wheeled vehicle and possess a valid driver's license.
