PROJECT COORDINATOR
 
JOB SUMMARY
 
We are looking for a proactive Project Coordinator to support project execution and ensure smooth collaboration across teams. The role involves coordinating resources, tracking progress, maintaining documentation, and assisting the Project Manager in day-to-day activities. If you're organized, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to successful project delivery, we'd love to have you on our team.
 
RESPONSIBILITES
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for smooth execution of projects.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Prepare regular reports for management on project status, risks, and issues.
Manage communication between departments to ensure alignment on project goals.
Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Support the Project Manager in day-to-day project activities.
QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
At least 1-2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of project management tools like Trello, Asana, or MS Project is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
Willing to work in a shifting schedule
