PROCESS ENGINEER
 
Main Job Function:       
Maintaining the smooth operation of equipment that would result on the higher reliability and availability of equipment in his area of scope.
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Established the right procedures, tools, and test to monitor equipment health.
Design simple structures or machines to help foaming and block warehouse operations.
Manage spares availability, equipment tagging, information and specs database.
Establish procedures to maintain overall equipment health.
Sparehead all physical installation together with EMD.
Leads the technical staff and EMD technicians.
Serve as the right hand of the supervisor during foaming runs.
Person in-charge of Laaderberg electrical and machines.
SECONDARY DUTIES 
Ensures that existing Company Rules and Regulations, Core Values, Safety, and Standard Operating Procedures are being implemented at all times.
Participate in company productivity programs such as SGA and QCC.
Observe/conducts cleanliness and 5S housekeeping in the workplace in compliance to the Health and Safety Standards set by the company.
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
Has Knowledge in Electrical Engineering Applications.
Has leadership skills, initiative, and strong sense of work ethics
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Flexible and Multi-tasker
Can communicate effectively in different levels.
Highly organized and trustworthy
