JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
• Preferably Female
• Excited and passionate about teaching.
• High-energy and willing to work with real-world examples to demonstrate learning concepts
• Advanced Computer Literacy
• Tech Savvy, up to date on the latest technology and able to use technology effectively in the classroom
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially in English
• A clear communicator who can identify problem areas and offer different styles of instruction to meet the individual needs of a student
• Able to display tact and understanding when communicating with students and parents
• Pleasant personality
• Extremely patient with kids
• Strong organization and management skills
• Physically fit and healthy
•A minimum of two (2) years of teaching experience is required, either in a professional or non-professional capacity.
•Willingness to travel abroad (if needed)
•Open-Mindedness and adaptability of co-parenting setup of our educational environment.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Work using the K-12 curriculum
• Implement the school provider's course syllabus for every class and ensure compliance with school documentation regulatory standards
• Plan lessons and assignments and guide in-class discussions surrounding current topics
• Grade assignments and retain a copy for a portfolio record
• Perform student assessments based on performance in class and assignment grades
• Generate reports on learning outcomes that personalized for each student
• Plan and implement field trips, experiments, and other class activities to further explore specific subjects
• Work with parents to create a cohesive education plan
• Provide advice and guidance to students on how to reach educational goals
• Stay up to date on current teaching methodologies and new technologies as they become available
• Provide support in conducting the children's class activities.
• Monitor and supervise the children constantly
• Assist in maintaining a safe and positive environment for children
• Alert the parents to arising emergencies
• Prepare and serve meals and snacks
• Assist with sand, water, or playground and other extra-curricular activities
