Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote our services
Qualify leads and generate new sales opportunities
Build lasting client relationships to drive repeat business
Hit and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
Record all client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools
Work collaboratively with the team on sales strategies
Stay informed on company offerings and market trends
Minimum Requirements:
At least college level
BPO experience required (voice account preferred)
Outbound sales or telesales background is a plus
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Highly motivated, with a strong desire to hit goals
Able to handle rejection professionally and bounce back
Proficient in CRM tools and basic computer applications
