General Description and attributes:
We are looking for a dedicated, pro-active, aggressive, confident, detail-oriented Operations Manager that will not just delegate, but take action to ensure things get done and done properly. This individual needs to be hands-on and willing to learn the various accounts and processes even better than the associates. Someone that does not mind stepping in and doing the actual work if needed. Willing to do whatever it takes to make the task/project successful.
Please note, we are not looking for an HR Manager, nor an Account Manager….we are looking for an individual that has the skill sets of both with experience in managing both people and overseeing the accounts.
Duties:
· Oversee a staff currently -40 associates
· Oversee various accounts
· Manage KPI’s, adherence to rules and policies
· Interact with clients as needed
· Training, mentoring and coaching
· Project Management
· Plus various other responsibilities typical of an Operations Manager
Skill Sets REQUIRED:
· Minimum of 3 years managing people and accounts (not just account oversight).
· Excellent verbal and written English
· Extremely proficient in Excel and Google Docs (including using formulas)
· Various BPO platforms (calling, ticket and CRM platforms)
· Excellent attendance, timeliness, demeanor, professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
· Project Management experience
