OPERATION SUPERVISOR
 
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the overall Operational Management of the store, achievement of set Sales Targets, profitability, and minimizing operational expenses while driving excellent customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. He/She will also lead the entire store workforce thus passion for people management coupled with great communication skills, a positive can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile is a must. Monitor and account for all merchandise in the store in terms of quantity, quality, specifications as well as inventory level.
 
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent.
At least 3 years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position, particularly in electrical and lighting
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Familiarity with industry-specific technologies and equipment.
Understanding of regulatory compliance and safety standards.
