What You'll Do:
Be in his head before he has to say anything
Take executive meeting notes and follow up with tasks
Help brainstorm and execute major internal projects
Schedule and manage calendar -Make calls, follow up, and drive things to the finish line
Own clients' social media and translate ideas into content
Help keep sales representatives moving and help the client organize his systems -Help with family, team, business, and everything in-between
What We're Looking For:
Basic skills in graphic design
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Self-motivated and proactive in completing tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
