WE'RE HIRING! - MULTI-SKILLED TECHNICIAN (Salary Range 14-17k)
 
We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Technician to manage and maintain the technical operations of our commercial building. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building systems, equipment maintenance, and process optimization to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems
Implement preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and facilities.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance.
Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions or building-related concerns.
Ensure all operations comply with safety and building codes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Vocational Graduate of any course related to Facilities Management or Engineering
NCII Certificate required
Atleast (1) year of experience in Facilities Management, Engineering/ Maintenance
Skilled in troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
