This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in maintenance management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering top-tier service to ensure our hotel facilities are always in excellent condition for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily maintenance operations across the hotel, ensuring that all guest rooms, public areas, and facilities are in perfect working condition.
Lead, manage a team of maintenance staff, providing training and guidance on preventive maintenance, repairs, and safety procedures.
Conduct regular inspections of hotel premises to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement and take prompt action to address them.
Respond to urgent maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues quickly to minimize disruption for guests and staff.
Ensure that all maintenance work complies with safety regulations and industry standards, maintaining a safe environment for both guests and employees.
Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and order parts and equipment as needed to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Manage and oversee preventive maintenance programs to prolong the life of hotel facilities and equipment.
Track and document all maintenance requests, repairs, and activities, keeping accurate records for future reference and reporting.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, preferably within the hospitality industry.
Strong technical skills with knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general maintenance practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team and foster a collaborative environment.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
