Is looking for a:
 
MAINTENANCE STAFF
 
Job Summary:
Exercises maintenance skills throughout the property and to other assigned areas
Ensures that items meets operational expectations.
Performs preventative maintenance.
Handles basic repairs and maintenance.
Repairs machines, equipment, materials or structures as necessary.
Performs other job related duties as assigned.
Qualification:
Knowledgeable with the variety of categories such as carpentry, drywall, painting, light plumbing, light electrical, flooring, etc.
High school graduate or with a general education degree
At least high school graduate or graduate of vocational 2-year course.
Related experience in electrical works and air condition maintenance is a plus.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Can work under pressure
Strong time management skills.
Details oriented
Flexible and Can do multi-tasking
