LIAISON/COMPLIANCE OFFICER
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Liaison Officer with a strong background in real estate development to join our team.
Job Description:
Process Building Permits, Occupancy Permit, ECC, Sanitary Permit, License to sell etc.
Monitor and ensure the company's compliance to government agencies.
Monitor and ensure that all environmental permits and certificates are available, valid, and updated.
Constantly report to management any concern relating to the company's compliance with government laws and regulations.
Prepares and timely submits reports of compliances to government agencies.
Ensures safekeeping of confidential documents and files.
Qualifications:
A graduate of any Bachelor's Degree.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience as Compliance Officer.
Must be Computer literate, good in both oral & written communication, flexible in workloads, and results-oriented.
Must be knowledgeable about Government permits or compliance.
