Job Scope:
Application troubleshooting relating to the Customer's specific products
Management Information Systems, including, but not limited to Service Now.
Provide Remote support to client's organization
Provide support to internal customers of the client's organization relative to their desktop and servicing applications.
Willing to work on shifts.
Agent's Qualifications:
 
Certifications Requirements
Degree holder with Major in IT related courses OR
Diploma holder with Major in IT related courses plus 3 years IT related working experiences
Technical Skills Requirements
 
Essential Skills:      
Knowledge of Microsoft Office application
Knowledge of Windows Servers
Basic understanding of network principles
Analytical skills
