KITCHEN TEAM LEADER
 
Qualifications Summary
 
Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
At least 1-2 years of kitchen or food service experience, with leadership or supervisory experience an advantage
Experience in a fast-paced, quick-service restaurant (QSR) environment is a plus
Skills & Abilities:
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cleanliness, and food safety standards
Ability to lead and motivate a kitchen crew
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to handle pressure and multi-task efficiently
Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise kitchen staff during shifts
Ensure all food is prepared to company quality and safety standards
Manage inventory and assist with stock ordering
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
Train and support new kitchen staff
Coordinate with front-of-house teams to ensure timely service
