Job Summary
 
The IT Supervisor oversees the company's IT systems and infrastructure to ensure smooth, secure, and reliable operations. This role manages daily IT activities, provides technical support to employees, and helps implement system improvements as the company upgrades its technology. The IT Supervisor also monitors system performance, resolves technical issues, and supports the organization in strengthening its digital capabilities to improve overall efficiency.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.
Manage daily IT operations and ensure systems run efficiently and securely.
Provide technical support and troubleshoot IT issues for employees.
Monitor system performance and implement updates, maintenance, and security measures.
Assist in implementing new technologies and system improvements to support business operations.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in IT management, network administration, or system support.

Experience with IT security, backups, and system maintenance.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to train and support employees in using IT systems effectively.
Familiarity with implementing new technologies and improving IT processes.
