Responsibilities:
Receive, store, and issue all items from stockroom. Keep records and compile stock reports.
Receives and inspects all incoming items and reconciles with purchasing orders.
Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.
Processing refunds and exchanges, resolving complaints.
Assess customers' needs and provide assistance and information on product features.
Maintains the stockroom and stores area in a neat and orderly manner.
Ensures the forecasting of stocks.
Do daily inventory & reporting on apply products; Do 3PP inventory reporting which should be done every other week and should be reported on a weekend.
Ensure to know each detail or merchandise.
Performs other related tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
