QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
At least 3-5 years of progressive HR expertise
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR practices, and government compliance requirements
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, training, and organizational development
Excellent leadership, communications, and decision making skills
JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
Oversee the recruitment, selections, and onboarding programs
Lead and mentor the HR Team in delivering efficient HR services
Mediate conflicts and foster a healthy work environment
Manage the performance appraisal system and provide guidance to department heads
Oversee payroll administration, benefits, and incentives programs
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical standards
