We are urgently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven HR Officer with a strong background in training and development, along with experience in recruitment and HR administration. This role will play a key part in driving employees' growth through impactful training initiatives, while also supporting core HR functions.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Design, coordinate, and implement employee training and development programs to build skills, enhance performance, and support career progression.
Continuously assess training needs across departments and propose tailored learning solutions.
Monitor and maintain accurate training logs, feedback reports, and documentation to track progress and effectiveness.
Facilitate onboarding training for new hires to ensure smooth integration into the company culture and operations.
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage administrative HR tasks such as maintaining employee records and compliance documents.
Assist in organizing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and productive workplace.
Provide support in day-to-day HR operations including attendance tracking, benefits administration, and performance-related documentation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
At least 2-4 years of hands-on experience in HR, with a focus on training and administration.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office is an advantage.
