We are currently looking for an HR/ADMIN OFFICER that is curious, resourceful, and has high integrity to join our team!
 
Office Location: 
 
3rd Floor, Design Center of Cebu, Banilad, Mandaue City, Cebu.
 
Job Requirements:
Graduate of a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology, or an equivalent field
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)
A comprehensive understanding of all HR facets is advantageous to provide holistic support to operations
Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Deadline-oriented, highly-organized, keen on details, and has strong sense of confidentiality
Demonstrates utmost honesty, integrity, and a strong sense of urgency
Able to multi-task and can handle work with minimal supervision
Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies such as professional development and employee engagement
Responsible for government and legal compliance
Manage recruitment and onboarding process
Give support to employees in various HR-related topics and resolve any issues that may arise
Facilitates performance evaluations
Provide reports to management and recommend decisions based on HR metrics
Safekeep HR-related documents
Create and maintain an effective filing management system for all documents, records, and reports of the Company
