Generally, this position includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, layouts and photos. 
To have a shot at this, you will need to meet the below minimum role requirements.
Knowledge and experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, InDesign)
Self-motivated and able to work under minimal supervision
Able to meet tight deadlines and remain calm under pressure
Available for immediate employment
Applicant must be residing in Cebu
