We are a fine dining Chinese restaurant offering a premium menu and an exceptional dining experience. We are seeking an experienced Front-of-House Manager to oversee customer relations, ensure outstanding service, and uphold our restaurant's hospitality standards.
 
Job Responsibilities:
Oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless service and an elevated guest experience.
Engage with customers, handle inquiries, and resolve issues professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Train, supervise, and motivate front-of-house staff to uphold luxury dining standards.
Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and dining flow to optimize efficiency and guest comfort.
Ensure the restaurant maintains an elegant atmosphere, cleanliness, and exceptional service standards.
Act as a liaison between front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure smooth communication and service execution.
Maintain extensive knowledge of the menu and provide personalized recommendations to guests.
Qualifications:
Chinese national or fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
Strong background in customer service and hospitality, with experience in fine dining establishments.
In-depth knowledge of Chinese cuisine, traditions, and dining etiquette to enhance the guest experience.
Experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a high-end restaurant.
Ability to train and lead a team in a fast-paced yet refined dining environment.
Familiarity with restaurant reservation systems and POS software.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
English proficiency is a plus, especially for communicating with non-Mandarin-speaking staff or guests.
