HR Generalist

Responsibilities:
Runs the daily functions of the HR Operations, which includes but not limited to associate relations, account-related audit compliance, training, and other HR functions.
Creates and supports retention initiatives by executing programs developed to improve associate morale, satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
Supports administration of HR policies, processes, and procedures.
May train, mentor, and assist in the development of others.
Supports management and all associates within a site.
Assists the local HR team in delivery of overall responsibilities.
Provides general guidance and support on performance concerns and issues.
Performs other duties as assigned from time to time.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
1 year - 2 years related experience in the BPO industry
College Graduate of BS Psychology or an equivalent
Preferably with HR disciplines experience
Experience demonstrating general knowledge, interpretation, and application of employment laws.
Preferably with experienced in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in a supervisory role a plus.
