What We're Looking For
Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and concisely.
Empathy & Patience: A genuine desire to help people, with the patience and composure to handle difficult or sensitive calls.
Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to quickly assess a situation, research a solution, and apply critical thinking to resolve problems.
Availability: Must be willing to work on-site and flexible to work across various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed for a 24/7 operation. 
 
 
Qualifications (Minimum Requirements)
Education: Senior High School Diploma ; a college degree is a plus.
Experience: minimum of 6 months call center experience handling international voice account
Specifics: excellent communication skills - should be spontaneous and with good critical thinking 
 
Salary: up to 23K salary package with Paid Trainings, 20% Night Differential, Government Mandated Benefits and 13th Month Pay
