We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced "Executive" Sales Manager to lead our outbound lead generation efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing Team Leaders and driving production goals. You will oversee a team of managers and sales representatives, set targets, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of sales initiatives.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and refine the outbound lead generation strategy to align with overall sales daily and weekly business goals.
• Lead a high-performing team of managers and sales representatives focused on outbound lead generation goals.
• Set clear performance targets, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.
• Provide coaching, mentorship, and ongoing performance feedback to Team Leaders and hold them accountable.
• Manage and enforce effective lead qualification processes to ensure the focus is on high-potential prospects.
• Enforce a structured and efficient sales process for converting leads in quality insurance transfers to agency clients.
• Track and manage leads through the sales funnel, ensuring accurate and timely data management in the CRM system.
• Regularly review and analyze outbound lead generation performance against targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or any related field; MBA is a plus.
• 3-5 years of experience in handling a team for a BPO Outbound Sales Account
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Preferably with experience in insurance lead generation.
