- Inbound Customer Service
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Completed at least 2 years in college
- 1+yrs. call center experience, PREFERABLY WITH CALL CAPTIONING ACCOUNT background
- Proficiency in using written and verbal positive languange
- Intermediate knowledge of computer applications and navigations skills
- Adaptability and quick learning skills as well as multitasking
- Proven ability to work independently as well as as productive member of a team
- Should possess the following traits: Customer focus, senior sensitivity, empathy, interpersonal skills, problem solving, perseverance, learning and applying quickly, pro- activeness
- Basic knowledge with MS Office
- Willing to work on weekends and holidays
SALARY:
- Upon hire - 17,000 Base pay. Upon passing 14 weeks training. 17,000 Base Pay + 2k account premium allowance
- Upon regularization; 17,000 Base Pay + 4k account premium allowance + 1k Flex Fund = 22,000 package
