(1)FINANCE MANAGER
Job Summary:
The Junior Architect will support senior architects and project managers in the design and development of architectural projects. This role involves working on a variety of tasks, from conceptual design to technical documentation, and offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the architecture field.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Financial Manager for 7 to 10 years
Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst
Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns
Proficient user of finance software
Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used
A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles
Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
BS/MA degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics
Professional qualification such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus
Leadership and team-building skills
Administrative and management skills
Strong quantitative skills
Thoroughness, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Risk management skills
Critical thinking
Working, up-to-date knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Capacity to read and comprehend large amounts of information quickly

Adept at analyzing data and information and recognizing patterns to build financial forecasting models
Strategic decision making
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the continuous improvement of end-to-end accounting practices.
Prepare and post monthly accruals, prepayments and similar accounting entries.
Budgeting and forecasting.
Leading the analysis of monthly and quarterly numbers and presenting findings to the board.
Managing an end-to-end audit process of current systems - while acting as the first point of contact for external auditors.
Continually identify risks to delivery, propose solutions where necessary and effectively manage stakeholder expectations throughout.
Dealing with working capital management and production of cash flow forecasts.
Leading the team responsible for payroll, VAT and HMRC processes.
Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.
Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take
Maintain the financial health of the organization.
Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.
Develop trends and projections for the firm's finances.
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
Manage the preparation of the company's budget.
Liase with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.
