Are you a skilled and passionate barber looking to showcase your talents? Join our team at Master's Barbershop, where we are committed to providing top-notch grooming services for men. We are looking for both male and female barbers who are dedicated to their craft and eager to grow with us.  
 
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional barbering experience.
Skills: Proficient in a variety of haircutting techniques, including fades, tapers, and classic cuts. Experience in beard grooming, straight razor shaves, and styling is a plus.
Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Ability to build rapport with clients and deliver personalized grooming experiences.
Professionalism: High standards of hygiene and cleanliness. Must maintain a neat appearance and adhere to the barbershop's dress code.
Creativity: Ability to recommend and execute modern and trendy hairstyles that cater to the client's preferences and lifestyle.
Adaptability: Willingness to stay updated on the latest grooming trends and techniques. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
Team Player: Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and contribute positively to the barbershop's atmosphere.
Certification: Relevant barbering certifications or licenses are preferred.
