Is currently looking for:
 
EMD ENGINEER/SAFETY OFFICER
 
Main Job Function:
Ensures health and occupational measures are properly implemented in the plant.
Ensures equipment, machineries, and facilities are in good condition.
Ensures to attend Plant environment registration requirements.
Ensures production schedules meet on time.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates all health and safety training programs for the employees and employer.
Conducts Health and safety inspection as member of the committee.
Maintains or helps in the maintenance of an efficient accident record system and coordinates actions taken by supervisors to eliminate accident causes.
Provides assistance to government agencies in the conduct of safety and health inspection, accident investigation or any other related programs.
Provides monthly updates to the HRD Supervisor on health hazards/unsafe practices.
Ensure implementation of preventive maintenance schedule.
Monthly generation of Preventive Maintenance procedure checklist of all machines, equipment and facilities.
Facilitate environmental compliance of the Plant.
Attend meetings for Pollution Control Officers which may from time to time be called by the Authority.
Making of monthly production report.
Conducts Inventory of WIP and Short Block.
Plans and Schedule Daily production loads.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
At least a minimum of 1- 2 years' experience as Maintenance Engineer.
Has undergone BOSH and PCO Training or willing undergo Training
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Highly organized and trustworthy
