JOB QUALIFICATIONS: WITH OR WITHOUT CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR EQUIVALENT; ADDITIONAL EDUCATION OR TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IS A PLUS. PROFICIENCY IN TYPING AND MULTITASKING TO HANDLE MULTIPLE CHAT CONVERSATIONS SIMULTANEOUSLY.
FLEXIBILITY TO WORK IN ROTATING SHIFTS, INCLUDING EVENINGS, WEEKENDS, AND HOLIDAYS.
