Qualifications:
BS Engineering or Architecture graduate
Has a minimum of 5 years experience in construction contracts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, contract documents, legal specifications, and terminology
Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to resolve client or contractor complaints and concerns
