Responsibilities:
• Familiarize yourself with and stay up to date on changes to our programs and tariffs.
• Using the supplied script, greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Responding to phone and email questions as soon as possible.
• Providing information about members' benefits to members and health care practitioners.
Qualifications:
• Available to start ASAP
• Computer literate and with good web navigation skills
• Average to excellent English communication skills
• Bachelor
• Must be 18 years of age and above
• Willing to work full-time and in shifting schedule (no part-time)
Requirements
