Job Description:
 
The Business Process Warehousing Specialist will play a key role in leading the implementation and optimization of PRICS, the company's Warehouse Management System (WMS). This role will work closely with business leads and warehouse coordinators to streamline operations, improve process efficiency, and ensure successful deployment across multiple sites in the Visayas.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Map and document current and future-state warehouse processes across core functions: receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Collaborate with Business Leads to define the scope, objectives, and success metrics of improvement initiatives.
Identify, recommend, and drive actionable process improvement opportunities with clear execution plans.
Analyze warehouse data to generate performance insights and support data-driven decision making.
Conduct training sessions for key users and frontliners on new processes and system features.
Present findings and process improvement recommendations to Business Leads and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate documentation of activities, process flows, stakeholder feedback, and best practices for continuous learning and future application.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in business process automation, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory control is a strong advantage.
Strong attention to detail with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Cebu-based and willing to fly every now and then for site deployment (Negotiable)
