BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OFFICER
 
We're seeking a highly motivated and strategic Business Development Personnel to lead the launch and expansion of our new product line. This role is a hybrid of sales, marketing, and strategic growth, focusing not only on direct sales but also on creating new avenues for market penetration and brand expansion. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a strong understanding of market dynamics, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of growing a business.
 
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Marketing:
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the new product line.
Identify and secure new B2B and B2C clients, partners, and distribution channels.
Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and product demonstrations.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
Strategic Growth & Business Expansion:
Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive landscapes.
Forge strategic partnerships and alliances with complementary businesses to expand our reach.
Develop and implement creative business models and revenue streams beyond direct sales (e.g., licensing, joint ventures, strategic consulting).
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand awareness and network.
Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on market performance, sales forecasts, and business development initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a business development, sales, or strategic marketing role, preferably within a related industry.
Demonstrable experience in launching new products or entering new markets.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Experienced in pursuing particular business opportunities, adept in cultivating and maintaining partnerships, identifying markets for different products and services.
Exceptional analytical and market research skills
Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills
An achiever particularly with Customer identification and Sales Targets
Adept with TIME MANAGEMENT particularly in effective planning, achieving goals and accomplishing tasks.
