Responsibilities:
Supervise daily branch activities and ensure efficient operations.
Lead, motivate, and support the branch team to achieve goals.
Handle client inquiries, sales, and documentation processes.
Prepare and submit branch reports on performance and operations.
Coordinate with the main office for updates, requirements, and reports.
Maintain a professional and customer-friendly branch environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in branch operations, administration, or sales.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Customer service oriented and results-driven.
Willing to be assigned in Baclayon, Bohol.
