AP Residences is looking for a Branch Officer to lead and oversee our Samal branch operations.
This role requires someone who is responsible, organized, and driven to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service while upholding our core values of building with heart and balance.
Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day branch operations and staff performance.
Ensure efficient handling of client inquiries, documentation, and transactions.
Maintain accurate branch reports and coordinate with the main office.
Ensure compliance with company standards and policies.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and the community.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related course.
At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, administration, or branch operations (real estate experience is a plus).
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Customer-oriented, trustworthy, and results-driven.
Willing to be assigned in Island Garden City of Samal, Davao del Norte.
