BRANCH AUDITOR (CEBU)
 
Key Responsibilities:
Consignment Account Management Monitoring:
Conduct dealer visits to ensure inventory completeness and evaluate item conditions.
Assess security, stocking levels, and sales performance.
Reconcile inventory discrepancies and report findings to management.
Evaluate Dealer Sales Coordinator (DSC) effectiveness and ensure compliance with policies.
Branch Inventory Control & Compliance Monitoring:
Perform physical inventory counts and ensure proper preparation and execution.
Reconcile variances and report results with recommendations for improvements.
Service Operations & Transactions Monitoring:
Assess compliance with service operation policies and evaluate the security of spare parts.
Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on service transaction reports.
Warehouse and Branch Operations Monitoring:
Evaluate compliance with warehouse operations and inventory management policies.
Check the implementation of safety and efficiency measures in facilities and equipment management.
