Requirements:
- PH Registered nurse
- with active PRC license
- Must have at least 1 yr bedside experience
- has good customer service orientation
- has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledgeable in MS office and interenet browsing
- Amenable to work in graveyard shift or shifting schedule
- Willing to work in Pasig or Quezon City area
Responsibilities:
-Medical coding and billing: This involves accurately assigning medical codes to patient diagnoses and procedures, preparing and submitting insurance claims, and managing billing and collections.
-Patient registration and scheduling: This involves registering new patients, verifying insurance information, and scheduling appointments.
-Medical transcription: This involves converting physician dictation into written medical records, such as progress notes and discharge summaries.
-Healthcare customer service: This involves handling inquiries from patients, providers, and insurance companies, and resolving issues related to medical claims and billing.
-Claims processing and adjudication: This involves reviewing and processing medical claims, ensuring they meet specific criteria and guidelines, and determining payment amounts.
-Healthcare analytics and reporting: This involves collecting and analyzing healthcare data to identify trends, monitor performance, and develop strategies to improve healthcare outcomes.
-Health information management: This involves managing patient medical records, including their collection, storage, and retrieval.
