BLOCK WAREHOUSE IN-CHARGE
 
Main Job Function:        
Maintains inventory and supplies of Block Warehouse by receiving, storing, and delivering items; securing warehouse; supervising staff.
Responsible for the accurate control, monitoring and replenishment of made to stock local, inter base and traded foams as well as ensuring its availability.
Warehouse In-Charge- Oversees and Manage Plans, Operations, Maintenance and Purchasing for the long and short block warehouses.
PPIC- Plans the foaming production schedule while maintaining good efficiency and foaming yield.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the warehousing and storage of all materials.
 Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock takes and audit of same to verify results.
Supervise the delivery of materials and supplies to all district facilities upon schedule and /or request. Make emergency deliveries if needed.
Maintain the inventory of supplies coordinate the replacement and ordering of such.
Keeping a stock control system up-to-date and planning future capacity requirements.
Supervise processing of all receiving reports on all shipments received through the warehouse.
Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
Analyze,  control and ensure constant tracking of items movement.
Classify what SKU's are made to stock (MTS) and what are made to order (MTO) based on inventory movement.
Responsible in conducting timely replenishment of stocks based on established ROP standards.
Analyze  and forecast demand using F1 provided by supply chain management.
Coordinate job order transaction with co-material controller, production planner, purchaser and other plants in-charge. Resolve any conflicts that may arise.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required by department head.
Responsible in planning and checking of materials deem for production.
Plans and manages production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements and best utilize the company's productive capacity.
Coordinate planned production to all parties (co-planner, material controller, inventory controller and production supervisor).
Coordinate with all supply chain (Customer Service, Inventory Controller, Production, Warehouse and Delivery) about schedules, changes, improvements in planning activities. 
Review and determine defined work specifications including detailed instructions, drawings, bill of materials, references, inspection requirements and other related matters.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports as required by department head.
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
SECONDARY DUTIES:
Ensures that existing Company Rules and Regulations, Core Values, Safety, and Standard Operating Procedures are being implemented at all times.
Participate in company productivity programs such as SGA and QCC.
Observe/conducts cleanliness and 5S housekeeping in the workplace in compliance to the Health and Safety Standards set by the company.
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or any related course or at least a minimum of 1- 2 years' experience in Warehousing, receiving, inventory control or materials management in a manufacturing environment.
Has knowledge in warehouse methods, procedures and techniques utilized in handling an storing stock items.
Knowledgeable in Material planning and control in a manufacturing firm.
Has knowledge in staff management principles and practices
Has leadership skills and can communicate effectively.
Demonstrates flexibility and resilience.
Fosters integrity and honesty.
