ASSISTANT MANAGER (HOUSEKEEPING)
 
Yellow Mango Resort is searching for an experienced Assistant Manager (Housekeeping) to lead our team in maintaining exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards across the ENTIRE resort-from guest rooms to our lush gardens! Are you passionate about hospitality and ensuring a spotless an welcoming environment both indoors and outdoors? Responsibilities:
Supervise and train the housekeeping team.
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all guest rooms, - common areas, and outdoor spaces (including pool area and gardens).
Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control throughout the resort.
Ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns.
Work closely with management to implement efficient cleaning and maintenance procedures.
Collaborate with the gardening team to maintain the beauty and upkeep of the resort's grounds.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for maintaining a pristine environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
