Job Description
A Customer Service Representative works with clients who have complaints, orders, or require information about products/services purchased from the organization. They also provide solutions that fit those individualized situations and prioritize the customers' needs at each step of the process.
What are we looking for?
- With good command of the English language.
- College Graduates
- Any 2-year Vocational Course Graduates
- Undergrad that have at least completed 60 units in college
- Senior High School OR High School Graduates with at least 6 months and above work experience
- Willing to work on holidays and weekends
- Willing to work the night shift and on shifting schedules
