Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Staff to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will handle clerical tasks, coordinate schedules, assist in office management, and ensure smooth workflow.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain office files, records, and databases
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Assist with payroll, invoicing, and basic accounting tasks (if applicable)
Support HR functions, such as onboarding new employees (if applicable)
Handle customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed
Ensure office compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping practices
Previous experience in a customer service or HR support role
