ACCOUNTS MANAGER
 
FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Locates and identifies possible business relationships and collaboration opportunities.
Develops and presents customized business proposals to potential partners and clients.
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts.
Works and collaborates with Accounts and Creatives teams in their projects.
Takes project leadership from client brief to final requirement delivery, implementation and monitoring
Builds long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
Proactively evaluates the impact of the campaign on the client's brand and business.
Ensure that client issues/ queries are dealt with in an efficient and effective manner, informing the Head of Account Management or President of any problems that might arise.
Provide regular two-way communication between the client and internal team so as to ensure strong team representation and proper setting of client expectations
Report to Head of Account Management, providing regular input on all account activities, including status and call reports
