Stumpers is launching a P250 million venture - the "Ibiza of the South." We are building an A-Team to run a high-tempo, demanding operation. We need a highly competent, proactive, and tech-savvy General Administrator to be the operational backbone, ensuring our administrative engine runs with ruthless efficiency. This is not a passive paper-pushing job; it's a critical support role at the heart of a rapidly scaling enterprise.
 
Your Role:
 
You will be the central administrative force supporting our Business Manager and Director of Operations. Your mission is to master the details, manage the flow of information and documentation, and navigate the complexities of local compliance, freeing up our senior commanders to focus on strategic execution. You will be expected to utilize modern administrative techniques and platforms to maximize efficiency.
 
Key Responsibilities
LGU & Compliance Command: Take primary responsibility for preparing, submitting, tracking, and managing all LGU permits, business licenses, and other regulatory compliance documents. Serve as a professional liaison with local government offices.
Document & Information Mastery: Implement and manage robust digital and physical filing systems. Ensure meticulous organization and rapid retrieval of all critical company documents (contracts, permits, HR records, financial paperwork).
Financial Admin Support: Assist the Business Manager with processing supplier invoices, tracking expenses against budgets, managing petty cash reconciliation, and preparing data for financial reports.
Operational Coordination Support: Assist the Director of Operations with scheduling, basic logistical coordination, and maintaining operational records.
HR Admin Support: Handle onboarding paperwork for new staff, maintain accurate employee records (timekeeping, leave tracking), and assist with basic HR administrative tasks.
Office & Resource Management: Manage office supplies, equipment inventory, and ensure the smooth running of the administrative office environment.
Communication Hub: Professionally handle incoming calls, manage general email inquiries, and ensure critical information flows efficiently to the right commanders.
Who You Are (The Required Profile):
Proven LGU/Permitting Expertise (Highly Desirable): You have verifiable experience navigating the processes and requirements of Philippine local government units, particularly regarding business permits and compliance. This is a critical advantage.
Modern Admin Operator: You are proficient in modern digital administration tools and platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, MS Office Suite, potentially cloud-based project management or documentation software like Notion/Asana). You think in terms of digital workflows, not just paper.
Relentlessly Organized & Detail-Obsessed: Your attention to detail is absolute. You thrive on creating order from chaos and ensuring flawless accuracy in all documentation.
Proactive & Resourceful: You don't wait to be told. You anticipate needs, identify problems, and find solutions independently.
Excellent Communicator: Fluent in English and Bisaya, with professional written and verbal communication skills. Capable of dealing professionally with government officials and suppliers.
