FRACTIONAL FINANCIAL DIRECTOR
Location: Primarily Remote + Mandatory On-Site (Badian, Cebu)

Stumpers is not just a resort; it's a P250 million assault on the status quo, building the "Ibiza of the South" in Badian, Cebu. We have the vision, operational commanders are assembling, and the commercial "Gold Rush" is launching. Now, we need the strategic financial co-pilot.
 
We are seeking a seasoned, brutally honest Fractional Financial Director to impose elite-level financial discipline, strategy, and control as we transition from chaotic launch to professional, scalable operation. This is not a bookkeeping role; our Business Manager handles daily reports. This is a high-level command position for a strategic thinker who thrives on turning ambitious vision into profitable reality. You will be a key architect of the financial strategy that fuels our expansion and maximizes long-term enterprise value.
Your Mandate:
Be the Strategic Financial Architect: Develop our long-term financial models, drive budgeting & forecasting, manage cash flow strategy, and provide decisive input on pricing, investment, and future expansion (LLBB).
Impose Ruthless Control: Design and enforce iron-clad internal financial controls. Manage banking relationships, ensure absolute compliance, and proactively mitigate financial risks. You are the guardian of the kingdom's treasury.
Be the Unflinching Analyst: Interrogate the financial results. Provide brutally honest, data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to the Founder and GM. Challenge assumptions, identify profit leaks, and drive financial performance.
Command the Data: Oversee our Business Manager, defining the standards for all financial reporting (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) to ensure absolute accuracy and actionable intelligence.
Who You Are:
A proven FD/CFO with a track record in high-growth or startup environments. Hospitality experience is a plus, but strategic financial mastery is paramount.
Brutally Honest & Data-Obsessed: You live by the numbers and communicate the truth, even when it's uncomfortable.
A Strategic Co-Pilot, Not Just a Reporter: You provide foresight and solutions, not just historical data.
Independent & Disciplined: You excel in a fractional, remote-first role but understand the non-negotiable value of regular, intensive on-site engagement.
The Structure & Rewards:
Fractional Commitment: We envision needing your expertise for 4-6 days per month, including mandatory 2-3 days on-site in Badian monthly during the initial launch and scaling phases (potentially transitioning to quarterly later) for deep dives and leadership alignment.
Compensation: We offer a significant monthly retainer reflecting your C-suite expertise, plus significant performance-based incentives tied to achieving key strategic financial outcomes, such as profitability targets, cash flow optimization, and potentially successful future funding rounds for expansion.
