FOOD TECHNICIAN
 
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS Food Technology or any related courses;
At least 2 years of experience in food product development;
Willing to work in a non-industrialized manufacturing environment;
Willing to travel nationwide;
Knowledgeable in MS Office;
With good interpersonal skills and confidentiality;
Knowledgeable in Food Sensory Parameters
Proficient in Documentation
Basic Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist R&D Department in developing and launching new and existing products
Assist R&D Department in documenting product standard specifications and modifications
Assist R&D Department in testing and evaluating current and new ingredients
Assist R&D Department in reviewing COGS
Assist R&D Head in determining seasonality of products
Custodian of technical skills
Assist Operations  in training bakers
