Responsibilities:
- laminates fiberglass according to prescribed molds to form boat structure 
- observe production efficiency in terms of output with less wastage of raw materials
- follow company policies and procedures
- ability to work independently with less supervision and as part of a team
- flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
