DRIVER / TECHNICIAN
 
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma preferred.
Proven experience as a field technician or similar role.
Strong technical skills and knowledge of [specific equipment or systems].
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Duties and responsibilities:
Installs, maintains and repairs printers and multi-function printers per service level agreement and performance standards set.
Acquires continuing technical competency of various printer models to be able to confidently support product demo and solve technical problems.
Demonstrates professionalism, technical competency and reliable assessment and recommendation in attending to clients' current/future needs, complaints and queries.
Fixes printers, copier, and multifunction machines of clients
Escalates problems per proper protocols set.
Prepares repairs/estimates report daily of customer's machines.
Ensures that correct delivery documents are received by the clients and returned to the Logistics Admin.
Ensures that delivery of items to clients are accomplished on assigned date and time.
