DEPUTY PLANT MANAGER
(TOLEDO CITY, CEBU)
 
Job Qualifications:
Male
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
Requires at least ten years of work experience in plant or manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in fertilizer, chemical or related industries
Must have extensive knowledge in production planning, scheduling and cost analysis
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in the use of MS Office applications
Job Scope / Summary:
Assist the Plant Manager in overseeing day to day plant operations including production, logistics, engineering, maintenance, safety, quality control and community relations
Lead process improvements to increase plant efficiency, product yield and cost effectiveness
Ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety regulations
Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet demand and reduce downtime
Conduct daily plant inspection to determine actual flow production activities and recommends adjustment and changes, if necessary
Approve all production process improvement and supervise implementation of the same
Assure equipment are properly maintained and manage repair costs
Acts as Plant Manager in his absence
